The staff here are friendly and welcoming, and the accommodation is modern and well-equipped with convenient amenities like an electric kettle, a washing machine, and glassware.

Everything there were fantastic, including exceptional facilities. There were very comfy beds and central heating, an iron and ironing board, and coffee/tea making equipment inside the room. The breakfast was delicious with lots of different food. Our location was beautiful and lovely in off the farm. Had tea and goodies at Costa Coffee, nestled 1 km of the hotel: D

The hotel serves superb breakfasts. the rooms are fashionable and reasonably large with great views and a balcony. the facilities are exceptional. the location is brilliant. the staff is nice and welcoming.

The proximity to the cultural heritage park is amazing, the staff is welcoming, and the bedroom is spacious and beautiful with free wake up calls and ironing services available.

Missed Out on Breakfast with Amazing Views

The breakfast here looked amazing, with stunning views, but we ended up running out of time and didn't get to try it. 🌄.

The stay was perfectly pleasant, with absolutely perfect rooms that were new-fashioned and had exceptional facilities, including a private bathroom and a lovely balcony, all for £76.

The friendly staff and fantastic location near the beach, just a short 25-minute drive to the airport, make it an excellent option.

Nestled up in the hills, surrounded by nature, Warwick Hills Rural Bed & Breakfast provided a serene retreat. the expansive view and sounds of birds created a peaceful atmosphere. the antique furnishings, comfortable bed, and quality service from the lovely hosts stood out. Breakfast was delicious and included specialty Tamarillo products. Communal areas like the orchard and tennis court were enjoyable.

The location was a bit difficult to find, requiring a careful follow of directions.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a grumpy host, but that quickly changed as I discovered the amazing views from my room. The homemade breakfast was delicious, featuring locally sourced ingredients. I enjoyed the peaceful, rural atmosphere and the sounds of nature. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on this farm on a hill. The views were stunning and we loved waking up to the sunrise every morning. The owners were incredibly warm and hospitable, making our stay even more delightful. The breakfast was plentiful and included items that were homegrown. We also appreciated the clean and tidy room.
